About Me

I'm a French and American Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas, with over eight years of experience helping teens, adults, couples, and families navigate difficult times.

I have extensive experience supporting people through life transitions, ADHD, anger management, couple issues, anxiety, and depression. I focus on helping clients build healthy communication and coping skills to deal with their challenges effectively.

As a mother of two, I understand how challenging it can be to find time for yourself while balancing work and family life.

I truly believe that everyone has the potential for growth, healing, and meaningful change, no matter what obstacles they may face. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences openly.

I am a genuine, honest person with a good sense of humor. I strongly believe in teamwork, and I know that client participation is key. I provide feedback and coping skills during sessions, focusing on each person’s needs to create a plan that works in the long run. Together, we work to recognize strengths, adjust thoughts and behaviors, and make positive, lasting changes!
